When does my order arrive?

Stickers are put into a print queue the moment you purchase. This can take from 24-72 hours from point-of-purchase. 

What happens when I’m not at home?

That’s okay! There are no signature releases on our packages. They will simply be left in your mailbox, or doorstep if the shipment is large.

How to cancel my order?

Due to our stickers being print-on-demand, all sticker sales are final. The rule also applies for all Water Toys and Water Accessories, such at Water Slides and Inflatables. For standard ducks, please contact is immediately and we will take care of the situation case by case!

How to change my delivery address?

Please double-check before placing order! If you realize that you have input an incorrect address, please reach out to us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will make things right! Should we find that your address is not verifying with our shipping providers, we will always reach out to you before delivering your parcel to our carriers. Please note; if your order has already been sent out with an incorrect address (which verified because it happens to be a real address, just not yours), CoolDucky is unable to alter or freeze the shipping and the customer maintains liability.
